IT STARTED WITH A FRIEND LOOKING OUT FOR A FRIEND.

DownShift began when a friend encouraged me to start riding with proper protection. I went looking for an armoured hoodie that offered protection without sacrificing the style I wanted—but couldn't find one.

So I decided to create it.

That idea became DownShift.

Every Armoured Hoodie comes with back armour and full arm armour included with your purchase.

The armour is removable, allowing you to wear the hoodie on and off the bike.

Because Armoured Hoodies are made specifically for each order, orders cannot be cancelled or returned while they are in the manufacturing stage.

The included armour is designed to sit in the designated protective areas of the hoodie and can be removed when you're not riding.

ARE THE HOODIES ONLY FOR MOTORCYCLE RIDING?

No.

They're built with riding in mind, but they're still designed to feel and look like a hoodie you can wear off the bike.
